Samantha (Sam) splits her time between both campuses. Born and raised in Richardson, Texas, Sam is Texan through and through, even if her accent isn’t as prominent as most.

Sam graduated from Texas Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in sport psychology. After a year of working on staff for TCU Student-Athlete Development, Sam felt a calling to ministry and packed her bags for Nashville. She graduated from Vanderbilt Divinity School with a Master of Divinity and was ordained in covenant with the Christian Church (Disciples of Church) in July of 2021.

Sam is passionate about TCU football, movie quotes/trivia, and spaces for the community to gather and the Spirit to move.
