Crystal Grundy was born and raised here in Indianapolis, Indiana, and has loved working with children since she was 11. Her first opportunity to serve the children was at Light of the World Christian Church, where she volunteered in children’s church for 7 years. For more than 10 years, Crystal has been employed in the early childhood education field. She is currently a preschool teacher and leads the children’s ministry at her home church, Amazing Grace Christian Church (where services are currently held within the building of Geist Christian Church), and began working for Geist Christian Church in the summer of 2021.

Crystal is the mother of 8-year-old twin boys and a 5-year-old son, who keep her active when she is not serving at church.
