Rev. Deb Strock-Kuss serves as Associate Pastor of the Promise Road Campus. Deb has been part of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) since 1985. She is the daughter of a Presbyterian minister and holds dual standing with the United Church of Christ. She is married to Rev. Randy Kuss.
Deb received a Master of Arts degree in Religious Education from the Iliff School of Theology in Denver, CO, and later was ordained into the Christian Church (DoC). Most of Deb’s professional career has been in the areas of Faith Formation and Youth Ministries. She has counseled and directed numerous church camps, been on many mission trips, and directed more Vacation Bible Schools than she cares to count. She has also served in several capacities at the regional level of the Christian Church. Before joining the Geist Christian Church clergy staff, Deb served six years as solo pastor of Pittsboro Christian Church in Pittsboro, Indiana.
Deb loves her spouse and now-adult kids, her quilting and her homemade pecan and pumpkin pies.
