‘There is a season for everything and a time for every matter under the heavens.’ (Ecclesiastes 3:1) – Inside Out enters the mind of eleven-year-old Riley and personifies her five dominant emotions (joy, sadness, anger, fear, and disgust.  The five characters form a control panel in her head that guides her through life. The film reminds us that our emotions are a gift from God and by fully embracing and understanding each emotion we ultimately discover that true joy is not cheap or easy, but always worth the struggle.
