Hope in Hardship

As we near the end of the year on the church calendar, we near the end of the Gospel of Luke. Just before Jesus is crucified, he is realistic and yet hopeful to his disciples. “By your endurance you will gain your souls” will carry them through the trials they are about to endure. It gives us hope in the midst of our hardship as well.
