Good Enough: Life Is a Group Project — Mud Creek Campus
“As Jesus approached the road leading down from the Mount of Olives, the whole throng of his disciples began rejoicing. They praised God with a loud voice because of all the mighty things they had seen.” (Luke 19:37) Jesus orchestrated a low-budget parade into a city where he knew his days were numbered. “Get me a colt,” he said. Not a steed. Not a float. A young donkey. People gathered and friends started some liturgical shouting that upset the local priests. Life is hard and we all need friends. We are created for interdependence. All our pretending that we are “perfectly fine” all on our own just won’t work.
